		<description>One of my favorite hobbies is mountain biking and I have to say that more than a few times I had some trouble with these horrendous cramps. I found out that the cause for them might be some kind of vitamin deficiency such as lack potassium or magnesium so I started taking supplements. I have to say that along with a proper warm-up before cycling, these supplements really helped me a lot.
